Marcie and I recently returned home from an amazing road trip. We spend an entire week full of fun and driving. We traveled all across the Northwest. You can follow our adventure on the map below, just follow the alphabet.
We started our journey Friday the 23rd of May by driving TEN hours to Raymond/Sterling in Alberta. After driving through northern Idaho and Montana we had the excitement of waiting to cross the border for an hour and a half. It was a hoot. The next mourning we had the opportunity to travel a short 45 min. to the Cardston Temple for Zack’s, Marcie’s Cousin, wedding. It was amazing. I forgot to mention, it was pouring buckets both to and from Canada, and also while we were there. However, it was worth the trip because we got to spend the entire day Saturday with Marcie's relatives. We really enjoy making the trip to Canada and love spending time with everyone there every time we get the chance. It’s a hoot. This trip was however quite short. We woke up Sunday mourning and made the trip back to Moscow for a night’s rest before hitting the road again. Monday mourning we woke up and went to breakfast with Beth and Chance, our good friends. This was our last chance to see them before they moved away to some other place, LAME. We will miss them a ton though. After saying our good-byes Marcie and I head off to Seattle. We checked in to a really cool hotel and about 4:00 p.m. in Tacoma, WA. After a short breather we headed off for one of my favorite parts of the trip, a baseball game between the Seattle Mariners and the Boston Red Sox. It was the greatest. We got to see Ichiro make the most amazing catch and even better, the Red Sox won. We both had the greatest time. The next day, Tuesday, we traveled to Portland to stay at Mark and Michelle’s house (Marcie's uncle and aunt). It was a great time. We spent Tuesday and Wednesday looking at perspective law schools in Portland, Salem and Eugene. We will be applying for schools in the fall and really are grateful for the opportunity to see have seen a few possible choices. Hopefully it will help us later when we have to start making decisions. We really enjoyed the city Salem and the Law School at Willamette University. Thursday we began our trip home and made a few stops along the may. One stop being Marcie's favorite. We visited the Maryhill Museum of Art where Marcie got the chance to see a collection of miniature figurines dressed in the fashions form post World War II. She had learned about the Theatre De Le Mode in a fashion design course last semester and was thrilled to see them in Public. After that we arrived in Moscow where we decided we needed a vacation from driving. Overall we had an amazing road trip. Here are just a view of the pictures we took along the way

Love the pictures, we're a little jealous. Chance liked the one where Tyson ate the car... Marcie, I can't believe you ate that whole hot dog!! Miss you guys, come visit or lame new home!
